Tech for Operators
QUESTIONS

Straight answers.

Why one flat price?+

Because hourly billing on a website is how small operators get nickel-and-dimed for months. You know the number before we start. I know the scope before I start. Nobody gets surprised.

What if I don't have good photos?+

Not a problem. I'll generate clean, professional images that fit your trade — or if you've got your own, send them and I'll sharpen them up. Either way, you're covered.

What if I don't have a logo or any of that?+

Send what you've got, even if it's just your business name and number. I work with whatever you have. (I don't make logos myself, but I know people and I'll point you to one — no markup.)

How much work is this for me?+

Almost none. You tell me about your business once — a form, a quick call, or your old site — and sit down with me for about two hours to review it. That's it. The rest is my end.

What if I need changes later?+

You text me. I host and manage the site, so there's nothing for you to log into or learn. Small changes are quick; bigger work is billed honestly starting at 80/hour.

What does it cost to keep the site up?+

A flat $35/month — I keep it live, monitored, and handled, so it's never something you have to think about or log into. That's the only ongoing cost, and only for as long as you want me running it.

I'm not in LA — can you still build mine?+

Yes. If you're local we meet in person for the build session; if not, we do it over Zoom — same two hours, same result. I work with operators anywhere.
